About Deserted Island Music
Since 2011, we are dealing with music you can’t without when getting stuck on a deserted island. It is our aim to release and distribute the perfect music for this scenario.
Even if you never cross any waters, you should also be able to create your own imaginary island when hearing our sounds. The emphasis of the music we release is on different branches of electronica.
Aside from our own releases, we are expanding our catalog with music that matches our vision.
Music we absolutely need on the place where we are stuck, so it feels less deserted on our island after all.

This compilation
To give a clear overview of the music we have released as physical format so far, we decided to share some complete tracks with you.
Edits and shorter excerpts always give a certain impression, but because a majority of the music we are dealing with concerns some ‘longer than average’ track lengths, we think it would do justice to feature selected tracks from beginning to the end.
This compilation covers album outtakes from 2011 until present.
At the moment of publication of this sampler, DIM-019, 020 and 021 have not yet been released.
And we will continue with more releases anywhere soon, and therewith extending our offer of even more bands / artists and their electronic music.
